before I go on to my entries on b'day celebration & bbq (cause i still don't have the pictures), I shall share with you something I read from a magazine
PART 1 :

if you can't see properly, it is in the 'structure' of MRT stations and look at N07

I thought it was rather funny & true. Of course some would give up their seats, but how many times do you usually see people turning a blind eye to it?
.
.
PART 2:
.
Men & women are generally unaware that they have different emotional needs. As a result, they do not instinctively know how to support each other. They're both giving love but not in the way their partner needs it
.
.
MISTAKES COMMONLY MADE
.
WOMEN-
She tries to change or control his behaviour by sharing her upset and negative feelings. (It's okay to share but not when they attempt to manipulate)
.
She doesn't acknowledge what he does for her but complains about what he hasn't done.
MEN-
when a woman feels upset, he ignores her, assuming that he's giving her 'space' to cool off when in fact, she needs his presence and attention most at this time. What he thinks is support makes her feel unloved and minimised.
Are you guilty of any mentioned above?
